Well once again I find myself in Spokane! I came out to visit my Daughter and her family, and my Son and his girlfriend. They are both doing well as our their respective families. I can't believe how big the grand kids are getting and I just saw them about a month ago. Which brings me to a spot that I probably should have posted about long ago but just couldn't bring myself to write about it.
In September, my brother-in-law, Matthew was killed in an auto accident. It was a horrible time for all of us. I feel so bad for his mom and dad. He was only 28 and had only been married for 2 years. He was getting his life together and had finally got in a job that he really enjoyed. He was driving the company vehicle when he got in the accident. The shock took a long time to wear off for me personally. Matthew was my oldest son's best friend and had helped Levi through so much during the first few years that James and I were together. I had to call him and tell him over the phone as he lives here in Spokane and this had happened back in Montana. It was horrible. My husband was so strong through it all and I just keep waiting for the reality to hit. Although I guess it has a time or two now. Matthew was a wonderful man and more of a little brother than a brother in law to me. When he would come visit, he would come in and say " Hey sister" I don't know if he ever called me by my name. I was just "Sister" from the word go. I'm really going to miss him. So please pray for my husbands family as they heal from this tragedy.
And now here I am in Spokane again. Just for a little visit but nice none the less. It has been a very relaxing trip and today we are going to a little town that has a huge farmers market type thing. Only you go from farm to farm to do things. I think we are only going to a couple of farms but should be lots of fun. There is a corn maze on one and you can pick your own pumpkin for Halloween. I think the kids will have lots of fun doing this. Then when we get home they can carve pumpkins. Should be a nice relaxing day for the adults and fun for the kids.
James called this morning and he was headed for Bozeman to look at a bow he has been wanting. He is selling his old bow to a guy at work and now has decided to buy this bow he wanted. He got to shoot it and says he really likes it. So he is going to get it I guess. He sounds happy about it. Told him when I get back we are going to have to get to work and pay off bills not make any new ones!! We were doing so well and then these past two months things just keep coming up. But that is okay. Work asked me if I could work more hours and I told them I could. So that will help. And I think James has some side jobs to do too.
Well I suppose I better get in gear so we can get out of here on time. Have a great day all! Maybe I'll get on later and tell you about all the fun we had!! Post pictures if I can too. My daughter's computer is more fun than mine!!!
Take care!!
